The service was exceptional, going above and beyond including a unique egg and bacon service and even a drive to the cable car. The location was superb, right in the heart of the village with easy access to key attractions and the beautiful lake. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious options and fresh bread rolls available. The facilities were decent, but some parts of the hotel could use an upgrade.
